Hot Summer Nights Outdoor Soirée

What's included:

10x10 space - 1 table (6 foot), 1 table cover/linen and 2 chairs - Starting at $125

**EZ-up/Pop-up tents are highly recomended**

Setup:

·  Event setup times are from 2:30pm - 3:45pm, event commencement is at 4pm sharp.

·  Event check-in times are from 2:30pm - 3:15pm, arrivals after 3:15pm will NOT be accepted/turned away (no refund will be provided).

·  All fixtures, products and signage must stay within vendor footprint.

·  All storage containers are to be stored under the tables and out of sight.

·  All vendors are responsible for providing battery powered lights.

Event rules & regulations:

·  Vendor and vendors entire booth must fit within the listed space.

·  All items must be family friendly; no adult material, profanity or drug paraphernalia is allowed.

·  All vendors must stay for the entire duration of the event, partial day participation is not allowed.

·  All vendors must stay within their vendor station, no hawking is allowed.

·  One vendor per space is allowed, shared booths/vendor spaces are not an option.

Strictly prohibited:

·  NO CBD products and/or items containing CBD will be allowed.

·  NO sports/camping chairs will be allowed.

·  NO table signage over 5 feet tall will be allowed.

·  NO product on the floor unless prior approval is received will be allowed.

·  NO flatbeds, dollies or carts visible to the public during operating hours will be allowed.

**All vendors are responsible for operating their own business legally and following California state and federal laws. All vendors are required to have a valid California sellers permit present.
