What's included:

**All spaces with an umbrella will be placed in sunny areas.

All spaces without an umbrella will be placed in shaded areas.**

10x8 space options

10x8 space WITH umbrella - 1 White umbrella, 1 table (6 foot), 1 table cover/linen and 2 chairs - Starting at $145

10X8 space in shaded (full shade not guaranteed due to sun movement) WITHOUT umbrella - 1 table (6 foot), 1 table cover/linen and 2 chairs - Starting at $135

8x6 space options

8x6 space WITH umbrella - 1 White umbrella, 1 table (6 foot), 1 table cover/linen and 2 chairs - Starting at $125

OR

8x6 space in shaded (full shade not guaranteed due to sun movement) WITHOUT umbrella - 1 table (6 foot), 1 table cover/linen and 2 chairs - Starting at $115

**Vendors may bring extra tables (2 - 4ft length or 2- 6ft length table/s), table linens (must be white, floor length and wrinkle free) and chairs (must be all white, sports/camping chairs will NOT be allowed) however, set-up must fit and remain within the 10x8 space provided. Additional umbrellas, chairs and table covers will be available for rent.**

Setup:

·  Event setup times are from 8:30am - 10:00am, event commencement is at 10am sharp.

·  Event check-in times are from 8:30am - 9:15am, arrivals after 9:15am will NOT be accepted/turned away (no refund will be provided).

·  All table linens must be white, all same color/shade, floor length, clean and wrinkle free (fitted table linens are NOT allowed).

·  All chairs must be white, all same color/shade.

·  All fixtures, products and signage must stay within vendor footprint.

·  All storage containers are to be stored under the tables and out of sight.

·  All vendors are responsible for providing battery powered lights.

Event rules & regulations:

·  Vendor and vendors entire booth must fit within the listed space.

·  All items must be family friendly; no adult material, profanity or drug paraphernalia is allowed.

·  All vendors must stay for the entire duration of the event, partial day participation is not allowed.

·  All vendors must stay within their vendor station, no hawking is allowed.

·  One vendor per space is allowed, shared booths/vendor spaces are not an option.

Strictly prohibited:

·  NO CBD products and/or items containing CBD will be allowed.

·  NO EZ-up/Pop-up tents will be allowed.

·  NO sports/camping chairs will be allowed.

·  NO banners will be allowed.

·  NO signage installed on the umbrellas will be allowed.

·  NO table signage over 5 feet tall will be allowed.

·  NO handwritten signs will be allowed.

·  NO product on the floor unless prior approval is received will be allowed.

·  NO flatbeds, dollies or carts in the Outdoor Village during operating hours will be allowed.

·  NO gas-powered generators will be allowed.

·  Electricity availability is not guaranteed.

**All vendors are responsible for operating their own business legally and following California state and federal laws. All vendors are required to have a valid California sellers permit present.
