Welcome to our policies page. All policies are set forth to ensure the safety and protection of all vendors, event guests and Shop Small Bizz staff.

 

 

COVID-19

Effective 1/1/2022 

Due to the COVID-19 surge, we have implemented a new policy to help all those effected. 

 

After agreeing to the cancellation terms and conditions checked off and signed during the application process, a refund or transfer is not in state.

 

In the event a POSITIVE COVID-19 result occurs and you cannot agree to the terms and conditions (fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and/or NON-TRANSFERABLE between vendors or to other events), the following options are available: 

 

  1. You may voluntarily provide a positive COVID-19 test (must contain the applicants full name) to transfer to another event of equal or lesser value.

  2. ​You may forfeit your application fee - NO EXCEPTIONS.

Event Attendance

Vendors must stay for the entire duration of the event, partial day participation is not allowed. Vendors who pack up and leave before the designated "clean up" time will be subject to permanent banning of all future events. If vendor is banned due to an early leave, a refund for all future events already paid for will NOT be provided.

Event Cancellations

Shop Small Bizz may cancel an event due to extreme weather conditions. In the event of cancellation, all participating vendors will receive a credit in the form of a voucher to be used towards any future events of equal or lesser value.

Vendor Cancellations

You are aware that there is a vendor fee to be paid. Once paid, the fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE (between vendors or to other events). 

Refunds

 

Once event fee is paid, the fee is NON-REFUNDABLE (exceptions will be made to accommodate COVID-19 policy ONLY).

Rights To Termination

Shop Small Bizz reserves the right to terminate your booking/purchase without notice if items to be sold do not abide by leased location guidelines. In the event your booking is terminated prior to event commencement, a full refund will be provided in the same form of payment used when completing your purchase. Please note, if items being sold are deemed to go against the leased location guidelines once the event has commenced (guidelines listed in event details page), the vendor will be asked to remove the items or leave the event. If vendor is asked to leave the event, vendor will NOT be issued a refund.
